Welcome to Bee Elev8d Designs! By accessing or purchasing from our website, social media, or directly through us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

1. General Information

Bee Elev8d Designs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a small business specializing in custom apparel and merchandise, including but not limited to DTF printing, embroidery, stickers, magnets, dog-parent gear, and lifestyle items.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).
  • You will provide accurate information for all orders.
  • You agree not to misuse our products, services, or intellectual property.


2. Custom Orders & Designs

  • All custom orders must be approved before production.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct artwork, sizes, and details.
  • We are not liable for errors in customer-provided files (misspellings, image quality, etc.).
  • Bee Elev8d Designs retains the right to refuse any design deemed offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.


3. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment is required in full before production begins.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Sales tax may apply based on state and local regulations.

 

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • We offer both shipping and local pickup (Riverton, UT).
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Once an order is shipped or picked up, Bee Elev8d Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by the carrier.

 

 


5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

Because each product is custom-made:

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not offered unless there is a defect in the product.
  • If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.


 

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

  • All original designs, logos, and branding of Bee Elev8d Designs are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any images, logos, or text they provide for custom designs. We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-provided content.


 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Bee Elev8d Designs is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

 

 


8. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
